1. About the service
AquaShrimp Pro System is a digital platform for shrimp breeders and aquarium enthusiasts. The service is provided by ebutiq Global AB, org. no. 559251-0910, Hangarvägen 2, 423 37 Torslanda, Sweden.
By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms. If you are under 18 you need parental consent.
2. Account and login
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You may not share your account with others or create accounts in someone else's name.
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
- You may request deletion of your account at any time via info@aquashrimp.se.
3. Purchases and payment
All prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT. Payment is made by card (Stripe) or another available payment method.
An order is binding once you have received an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of a pricing error or stock shortage — in such cases the full amount will be refunded.
4. Right of withdrawal & returns
Live animals (shrimp) are not covered by the right of withdrawal under the Distance Selling Act, as they are perishable goods.
For other products (food, accessories, etc.) a 14-day right of withdrawal applies from the date of receipt, provided the item is unopened and in undamaged original condition.
Made-to-order and custom-built products (e.g. custom-measured aquariums) and services are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
You can exercise your right of withdrawal directly via the "Withdraw" button on the relevant order under My pages. You will immediately receive an acknowledgment by email.
Return shipping is always paid by you as the customer. The original outbound shipping cost is refunded for a full withdrawal.
In case of defect or damage on delivery — contact us within 3 days at info@aquashrimp.se with a photo.
5. Breeder Programme (Pilot)
The Breeder Programme is a limited beta version. Participants acknowledge that features may change or be removed without notice during the pilot period.
AquaShrimp reserves the right to deny or terminate a breeder account if it is used contrary to the platform's purpose or these terms.
6. Limitation of liability
AquaShrimp is not liable for indirect damage, loss of profit or data loss arising from use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
7. Applicable law & disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall primarily be resolved by mutual agreement. Failing that, via the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or a general court in Gothenburg.
8. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
