Blue Navy is a very dark blue variant of Neocaridina davidi where the colour tends towards navy and almost black in the strongest individuals. It gives a powerful, elegant look in the aquarium while remaining as hardy and easy to keep as other Neocaridina.

Behavior

Blue Navy is a very peaceful and active shrimp that thrives best in a group. It can be kept together with other peaceful shrimp, snails and calm fish species that require similar water values.

• The species breeds readily in fresh water under stable conditions
