Ludwigia palustris 'Super Red' is a variant of Ludwigia palustris 'Super Red' and has the same growth habit and needs as its original plant. It is an easy-to-grow and reliable stem plant that suits both beginners and experienced aquascapers.

Each stem is about 2-4 cm wide and can grow from 10 cm up to over 30 cm high. The plant forms side shoots easily, and regular trimming stimulates even more shoots, making the plant denser and bushier. Clipped tops quickly develop new roots when replanted.

A very decorative and effective result can be created by planting Ludwigia palustris 'Super Red' together with Ludwigia palustris 'Super Green' in the same group. The red and light green colors highlight each other and create strong contrast and life in the aquascape.
